We are delighted to announce the opening of the first of our show homes at Newtown Avenue, our most recent development in Castletroy, Co. Limerick.
We invited 100 recent purchasers to an event that showcased two of our standout properties – the 3 bed semi-detached ‘Sandpiper’ and the 3 bed, 3 storey mid/end-terraced Tern – both of which garnered lots of attention and praise from all those present.
The first three releases of properties have been a huge success with units usually selling out within minutes. These expectant families were eagerly awaiting the show house opening so they could get a feel for their new homes, allowing them to see room sizes, internal finishes and take measurements. Our design team, along with interior designers Wilson & Co, did an impressive job, with calm muted colour palettes used across the two houses. The next release of homes is anticipated in the coming months, and with the success of this event, prospective buyers will no doubt be eagerly watching for the announcement.
Our site team, along with our sales agents, O’Connor Murphy, were in attendance, providing purchasers with advice and answering any queries they had. Their presence helped streamline the buying process and ensured that attendees left feeling informed and confident about their decisions.
The Hook and Ladder coffee truck was also on hand, serving up excellent coffee and a variety of sweet treats, which added to the overall warm and welcoming environment. Purchasers were able to relax and enjoy the experience, while also having the opportunity to imagine themselves in their future homes.
With the first key handover expected in the coming weeks, many purchasers expressed their excitement about moving into their new homes. The event clearly showed us that we have created a development that resonates with the expectations of modern homebuyers, that our homes reflect the growing demand for quality, well-designed homes in Limerick.
