Jonathan O’Connor

Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry across many asset classes. He began his career with KPMG (Dublin & New York) where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He spent 14 years with Avestus Capital Partners (Quinlan Private) where he had responsibility for a large real estate portfolio. He then became CFO of Capital Assets and was responsible for the set up and implementation of their investment and underwriting platform.

He has extensive experience of deal origination, deal structuring, delivery of asset business plans and dealing with private equity partners to ensure there is close alignment of all parties through each stage of the investment life cycle.

Jonathan is an Executive Director of Dwellings.

Alan graduated from GMIT with a degree in Construction and Building Management. He spent 14 years with McInerney Homes and was responsible for the completion of many large-scale residential developments during this time.

As Head of Construction, he is responsible for the successful completion of each residential project.

Alan Cunniffe

Head of Planning & Commerical

Alan is an experienced Chartered Town Planner with residential and commercial experience spanning 20 years. Having worked in both the public and private sectors prior to joining Dwellings, Alan brings a wealth of practical experience, leadership and project management skills.

Previous experience in managing multi-disciplinary design teams at local authority level across both forward planning and development management has provided Alan with detailed working knowledge in preparing land use plans, major planning proposals and working collaboratively with national & regional bodies, local authorities, state agencies and the private sector. In his role as Regional Manager with an approved housing body, he has managed a number of high-profile acquisitions and leases.

As Head of Planning & Commercial, Alan and his team ensures that Dwellings deliver high quality residential projects with a clear focus on quality: in design, landscape and finish.

Peter Roche

Acquisitions & Land Development

Peter is a Construction Economics graduate with extensive experience in managing all aspects of residential development projects. He has been involved in the design, development and turnkey delivery of multiple projects in both residential and commercial areas and is experienced in property services.

As Regional Manager Peter ensures the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams to bring Dwellings residential schemes to the market.

Miriam Nelson

Project Management

With over 30 years’ experience in home building Miriam understands the different layers it takes to deliver a Dwellings home – from foundations to finished home. Her role involves developing, maintaining and assisting project performance, by acting as a point of communication between the sites, management and purchaser. This is done by coordinating and working alongside all levels within the business to ensure schedules run smoothly and efficiently and that our purchaser gets the best home possible.
